The construction of new build detached house with traditional appearance. Using lime mortar and weather struck pointing and false horns to the timber windows. Our brief was to create a modern house with the up to date part L regulations but to fit into a rural site and look aged and established when finished. The site also had to be treated carefully to maintain the established surroundings and honour a tree preservation order.
