Wayside House
Design and Build Green oak framed building.
This project to build a green oak framed building has been recently completed. It forms an extension doubling the size of the existing house. It is fitted with a new NIBE ground source heat pump installed by our own employed certified installers. The green oak frame and roof was constructed off site in North Norfolk and transported to the site and erected in 4 days. All joints have been designed by NPB and approved by structural engineers Canham Consultants. The building has been super insulated with lambs wool and rendered with lime mortar.
