Complete restoration of Grade 1 Listed barns and windmill.
This project consisted of the restoration of a derelict barn complex and the conversion into 4 luxury homes. It also included the restoration of a Grade 1 listed windmill. NPB was responsible for all post planning design and build to deliver this successful project. The project has since been highly acclaimed for its quality of craftsmanship and has been shortlisted for a conservation award.

Extensive grade 1 listed restoration and conservation of disused windmill with 4 barns. Constructed 2 storey traditional draw pegged Queen posted oak frame to support 1st floor and roof. Structural repairs, part demolition and re build. Complete internal and external fit out.
