When you receive the planning drawings you will also receive a detailed priced specification listing individual costs for each stage of the build.

Our design team is in very close contact with the on site operations and understands the importance of a buildable design. At the design brief stage we can offer a wealth of knowledge and practical advice. By choosing to use the modern method of Design and Build you will benefit from the following advantages
- Faster project delivery.
- Efficient designs that will take into consideration the cost implications of the actual build. Our design team works closely with the building managers, which promotes a more buildable design.
- As the client receives the budget price at planning stage they can easily make any changes to the design to suit their specific budget. A detailed open book priced specification is delivered to you with the planning drawings.
- Project information between the client and the builder will not have to pass through a separate design office. Any changes by the client can be designed or instructed without any third party involvement. This improves the flow of information, saves money and speeds up project delivery.
- Our experienced Project Managers will manage the projects so the client will not have to pay a separate Architect to manage the on site building work.
- All projects will be completed under the industries recognized Formal JCT contract of works. This is a standard contract, which will be completed to include the specific project details. The JCT contract covers the interests of the client and the building contractor. All work is only paid for after it has been completed to satisfaction of the client. An agreed retention is withheld until completion.
